Required Elements for a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice:
Please include the following information in your written notification:

Identification of the Work – A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.

Identification of the Infringing Material – Describe the material you claim is infringing and provide sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (including specific URLs or screenshots).

Contact Information – Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we may contact you.

Good Faith Statement – A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy & Authority Statement – A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If you believe a DMCA takedown notice was submitted against you in error, you may also submit a counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA. All notices and counter-notices must meet the statutory requirements outlined in 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the DMCA. Failure to provide all required elements may result in an invalid notice.
